Open daily from 7am to 11pm. Breakfast from 7am, Lunch from 12pm, Tearoom from 3pm, Dinner from 7pm. Reservations recommended. Menus from €25 to €40. Starters from 13 to 15€. Dishes from €26 to €32. Children's menu: €15. Lunch menu: €25 (starter + main course + dessert at lunchtime only, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)). Wine by the glass. Home-made cassoulet 24€. Gourmet tea or coffee at 4 Temps: 12€. Groups welcome. Baby chairs. Terrace.

Une bonne table à Carcassonne. La brasserie est bien placée, rien à dire sur le service et la cuisine bonne. L'été, la terrasse est agréable. Je conseille le menu, le rapport qualité / prix est intéressant. réservation plus que conseillé.
