Très bon restaurant où nous avons été très bien reçus, propriétaire très accueillant, ambiance familiale, tout le monde a le sourire et très bonne cuisine.
Nous ne manquerons pas d'y revenir lors d'un prochain passage à Carcassonne

Difficile d'être déçu, tellement la cuisine est bonne, raffinée et succulente.
Le foie gras d'hier était savoureux et bien garni.
Le magret à point était très bon avec les frites maison.
Au dessert l'ananas frais était le bienvenu pour démarrer la digestion.
Ne changez rien, continuez comme ça... Bravo à toute l'équipe. ????????????????
