Located in the former gallery of the Carcassonne painter Camberoque, the Girouette restaurant-concert offers different menus and a menu devoted to the best local specialties such as cassoulet with duck or goose confit... The flavours of the Aude are here sublimated by a unique know-how. We can only recommend you to try the burger with duck confit, fried foie gras and parmesan, the wraps, the tuna tataki or the salmon gravlax. The establishment benefits from a privileged location on the edge of the Place Marcou.

Serveuse très agréable je recommande .
Le service est plutôt rapide malgré l'affluence arrivé a 12h00 et fini le repas a 13h15, avec entrée plat et dessert.
Les serveurs sont souriant, sympa, et très réactif.
La cuisine le rapport qualité prix est présent. Pour le menu a 19€90 . Ce n'est ni trop ni pas assez.
La pièce de boucher et très tendre et la cuisson et bonne. Ma compagne a pris la cassoulet malgré la chaleur mais c'est régalée.
Merci pour ce moment. Je recommande fortement ce restaurant.

It's a good place, although in a high tourist spot, but the food was tasty and great service. I was able to sit with my two dogs outside and, even if it wasn't mentioned on the menu, the cassoulet was gluten free
