The menu offers you a choice of salads generously garnished, flavours of the sea, including a salmon fillet with chives and served with tagliatelle, and prawns perched on the floor in lemon juice, but also house specialties such as the famous duck with canopy sauce or the duck leg confit. accompanied by fries, not to mention the house cassoulet, an essential gastronomic delight. Great location, friendly service, tasty dishes, all the advantages that make La Rapière a restaurant appreciated by the Carcassonnais and tourists.

Desayunamos recomendados por el hotel donde eramos alojados. El desayuno bufete libre nos costo 10euros por persona. Realmente no vale ese dinero, pero esta bien por su ubicación y comodidad. Poca cantidad de productos y poca variedad. El cafe muy malo.
L'entrecôte était très bonne mais très mal présentée, tout comme les autres plats.
