In June 2017, the Estrella restaurant changed its owners. This hotel, well known for the Carcassonnais, offers a varied traditional cuisine, elaborated with excellent products that you can enjoy. The homemade foie gras is a real delight, whether served on toast with a salad or accompanied by the egg that is cocochy and rigid, the big gambas (6 pieces à la carte) are finely perched, meat - magret, lamb or pork - whose cooking is perfectly controlled. It is served with homemade fries, the pizzas are generously garnered, and the roast camembert is flowing and basing on wish… To accompany your meal, the wine list allows you to discover an interesting choice of wines from the Aude.
