This restaurant, whose entrance may be hard to find, is full of surprises. In an elegantly rustic setting, with furniture and knick-knacks picked up here and there by Elodie, you'll enjoy cuisine in keeping with local tradition. But it would be nothing without the magic of Chef Bernard, who adds subtle personal touches to his dishes to give them the finest Mediterranean accents. The menu varies according to the season and the market. In summer, enjoy the superb shady garden at the foot of the ramparts.

La carta és molt variada, amb plats del dia que van canviant en funció de la disponibilitat sobre la teula d'una pissarra.
Servei amable per part del personal de sala, i preus correctes, gens abusius tenint en compte la seva excel·lent ubicació, tocant a la Porta d'Aude i als peus de la muralla.
Vous trouverez un restaurant ombragé aux pieds des remparts .... table rondes conviviales et discrètes confortablement installés avons choisi le menu 26 euros par personne . . . Avec des produits frais, goûteux et extrêmement bien cuisinés...
