Chef Putelat, a true artist of the senses with two Michelin stars, operates in a magnificent estate with a white design and minimalist graphic elements. All our senses are tantalised by the luxurious rooms, the winter park chalet and the gourmet restaurant. In the kitchen, the brigade is busy sublimating seasonal products, some of which come from the chef's kitchen garden. Here, the great classics of French cuisine are revisited around the "Classic/Fiction" menu.

Impressionnant, un ami et moi avons voyagé, la chambre spacieuse, avec un patio à une belle zone d'arbres. Ils nous ont apporté un thé de courtoisie de l'hôtel (j'ai adoré mais vous ne pouvez pas l'acheter) et plus tard de l'eau fraîche et des douceurs typiques. Ce détail a été répété les deux nuits. je reviendrai

Le cadre du restaurant est magnifique, résolument moderne et très accueillant. Le personnel est parfait. Le service est très aimable , efficace et discret.
Dans l’assiette c’est absolument magnifique. Non seulement le chef sait parfaitement cuisiner mais en plus il a du talent.
Accords, justesse des jus, cuissons parfaites, tout est impressionnant.
Belle carte des vins.
