Restaurant overlooking the castle, with a terrace, offering traditional dishes and tapas.

On the superb Place Saint-Jean, the restaurant of the same name nestles against the ramparts. With a first-rate view of the city, you can sit on the large terrace in summer and winter, or in the dining room, which sometimes looks like a party. With a very good atmosphere and a tempting menu, it is certain that you will be delighted by the traditional dishes, the gourmet salads or the tapas. Futé: the (small) bar opposite the Château Comtal, perfect for an aperitif and to discover Carcassonne's craft beer, La Citadine Dorée.

bonjour accueil sympathique car nous n’avions pas réservé ce dimanche 18/06 pour 6 personnes. La table en bois ovale sans nappe très bien mais pas agréable car collante … un conseil au resto : mettez une nappe ! Le menu a 19€50 « correct » sauf si vous voulez manger un bon cassoulet car haricots pas cuit et trop de sauce … pas du tout gratiné et trop peu de viande … On a eu des petits morceaux de plastique dans les plats (rien de méchant) et le resto a eu la gentillesse de nous offrir un menu. Enfin c’était trop long environ 2h …
