Restaurant with a beautiful garden offering seasonal, meat, and vegetarian dishes.
It is not only in the City that you will find incredible and even unusual places, at L'Ecurie, you will be amazed by the tables set up in the old boxes of authentic 18th-century stables and a superb garden with trees in the heart of the lower town. Kam, the owner of the place, has been able to give back in a few years its letters of nobility to this emblematic restaurant of Carcassonne. The team in the kitchen will propose seasonal dishes with a strong regional inspiration with the must-eat cassoulet. The meats are excellent and the cooking is perfect, the amateurs will appreciate the veal kidneys with forest sauce or the blanquette of veal in the old-fashioned way. Please note that vegetarian dishes are also proposed such as potato and goat's cheese cake, vegetables board, chives cream or salmon fillet confit. Finally, when the weather is fine, planchas and barbecues are offered in the wooded park sheltered from the sun, wind and noise of the city... a haven of peace. An address to closely follow as events are regularly organized there (see the Facebook page).
