Jérémy Thomann and Mélanie have turned this restaurant into a must-try for a contemporary, intimate dining experience. The chef has mastered the art of using seasonal produce to delight us with his colourful dishes. His cuisine is tasty and evolves with the seasons. Enjoy risotto with Marseillette rice or shoulder of lamb. The "Caraïbe chocolate feuille à feuille" is the perfect end to your meal. The chef, a member of the Académie Universelle du cassoulet, also offers his own cassoulet, to eat in or take away.
