Ideally located just steps from the train station and the Canal du Midi, the Bistro is a delightful brasserie offering traditional French cuisine with dishes such as old-fashioned tripe, frog legs, meat or fish sauerkraut, mustard sauce, or a rich dessert. But it is mainly for its amazing seafood trays that the Bistro is known and recognised, with 5 different formulas ranging from 17 € to 109 €. We also love sole meunière, plancha tuna steak, flambéed prawns and mussels prepared marinara, with cream, roquefort, curry, or as a peasant dish. A good address where one likes to come back. La carte à un choix varié et les prix sont abordables, emplacement en face de la gare, que demander de plus? toutes les conditions sont réunies alors n'hésitez pas..
Le service a été impeccable, les plats étaient copieux et excellents (ma 1ère cuillère de l’île flottante m’a enchantée les papilles) et le cadre est vraiment magnifique. L’âme du bistrot est bien ressenti et les vitraux sont splendides. Le sapin était magnifique aussi.
On s’est régalés dans un cadre chaleureux. On y retournera avec plaisir.
