The little brother of Burger and Cassolette Narbonne opened its doors to Carcassonne and since we do not change a formula that wins, we naturally share the same principle: a shopping area, a large building and parking spaces. If enthusiasm is less, wait to open the door that magic can operate: a refined decoration, concrete, wood, brick on the wall, semi-industrial furniture, half-vintage with a contemporary bistro touch: We love it. The warm welcome of Cédric and Jessica and the good cuisine are perfect for the moment. The specialties of the house, as the name indicates, are burgers prepared in the rules of art (French), with buns carried out by a baker, good French meat, all decorated with foie gras (the Dutch), camembert (Le François the French), serrano and Roquefort (Aveyronnais), home fries, green salad and local wines to accompany. And if you choose a cassolette, it may be the Gruissanote that comes from the coast, with mussels, seiches, knives, gambas… The value-price ratio is very good, the atmosphere is excellent and every midday, the menu of the day is renewed to vary pleasures, so we're there. Come back to friends or family!
