A restaurant whose prestige in no way excludes conviviality. You'll be able to sample the cassoulet of a great specialist, as well as a cuisine with the flavours of the Southwest and the Mediterranean revisited. The indoor patio is pleasant in summer.

La cuisine est excellente avec de bons produits locaux.
Le service est très bien aussi mais il mériterai un tout petit peu plus de temps avec chaque table afin d'échanger quelques mots rapides au moment de la remise des plats

Super adresse qui nous a été recommandée et où nous ne regrettons pas d’avoir dîné. J’ai pris le menu auberge a 25€ entrée plat dessert plus les amuse bouches. Les produits sont frais et de qualité. Le service est irréprochable.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié ce restaurant situé au cœur de la cité de Carcassonne.
J'ai dégusté un excellent cassoulet maison.
Le cadre est propice à la détente, les fauteuils sont confortables. Le dessert Citron en trompe l'œil est superbe.
Le rapport qualité prix est excellent !
