A restaurant whose prestige in no way excludes conviviality. The sober, elegant decor is ideal for savoring the creative, refined, semi-gastronomic cuisine that the chef constantly reinvents as the seasons change. You'll be able to sample the cassoulet of a great specialist, as well as a cuisine with the flavours of the Southwest and the Mediterranean revisited. The indoor patio is pleasant in summer.

Nous avons fait un arrêt à Carcassonne sur la route du retour des vacances dans l'objectif de goûter le fameux cassoulet. Et nous n'avons pas été déçus ! Sans réservation, nous avons été reçus agréablement et servis très rapidement : mise en bouche, entrée, plat, dessert, nous nous sommes régalés. Attention toutefois aux petits estomacs : les portions sont conséquentes (surtout si vous prenez le cassoulet à la carte).

Nous sommes allés en famille déjeuner au restaurant et avons été conquis par cet endroit ! La cuisine est de qualité, le service au top, le décor très charmant et sa localisation est parfaite si vous souhaitez être en plein centre de la Cité de Carcassonne ! (Le cassoulet est à tomber par terre)
