A restaurant whose prestige in no way excludes conviviality. The sober, elegant decor is ideal for savoring the creative, refined, semi-gastronomic cuisine that the chef constantly reinvents as the seasons change. You'll be able to sample the cassoulet of a great specialist, as well as a cuisine with the flavours of the Southwest and the Mediterranean revisited. The indoor patio is pleasant in summer.

La cuisine est divine, tout était très bon.
Sur la partie commerciale, il faudrait songer à fermer des salles si vous n'êtes pas en capacité de produire un service convenable. Service abominable, à fuir le week-end.
Aucun contact humain avec le personnel sauf un appel à 12h34 pour une réservation à 12h30: il fallait visiblement pointer à l'heure dans cette usine. Heureusement nous sommes arrivés à 12h40, en ne comprenant pas pourquoi ils étaient pressés de nous voir à 12h30 sachant qu'ils étaient tous sous l'eau. C'était pour un anniversaire, pas un seul mot, aucun échange avec ce personnel fuyant et pressé.
Encore une fois dommage pour ce chef qui propose une cuisine sublime !
