Renovation works carried out in spring give an even more welcoming atmosphere to the room. Le Marcou will remain the address where you can enjoy tasty Pays Cathare pork fillet with parsley and lemon juice, or a grilled bream with olive oil and salt from Guérande. It is also the address of meat lovers that can enjoy a prime rib from M. Izard, perfectly cooked and just seasoned with a little salt flower. Same enthusiasm for the cassoulet with duck confit of Brice that is excellent (and of course homemade).
