Wilfried, known as "Fifi", in charge of this typically Carcassonne brasserie, offers traditional family cuisine with the unavoidable home-made cassoulet, reputed to be "the best in town", and it is true! Cooked in the traditional art with quality products, served in an earthenware casserole, gratinated in the oven just before arriving on your table, a killer! A brasserie which is worth the detour as much for its cuisine as for its atmosphere.

Patron accueillant, nourriture fraîche et bonne, je conseille!
Brasserie de plutôt bonne qualité dans l'ensemble, service variable mais plutôt sympa, efficace. Nombreuses possibilités de parking gratuit tout proche (parking du Dôme, Quai Bellevue). Parcours de santé ou simple flânerie pour digérer le long des bords d'Aude.
