When good taste breaks into Carcassonne, it happens at Rue Trivalle at the foot of Cité Médiévale, just steps from the banks of the Aude and the city centre. The three cottages and the guest room are superb, beautiful volumes, noble materials with old stones, exposed beams and unfailing equipment with WiFi, TV, and even Nespresso… what else? The shower rooms are equipped with large Italian showers, the living rooms with cosy sofas and the kitchens with all necessary equipment. For longer stays, you will enjoy the washing machine and dryer and the dishwasher. The house also houses a wine bar-restaurant where we invite you to discover the specialties, formulas at lunchtime with nice tasty dishes, including a vegetarian dish and tapas at dinnertime, with good wines from the area, good atmosphere and great clientele guaranteed.

Le seul reproche à faire c est le non port des masques des patrons durant le service et le non-respect des mesures sanitaires ....
Je ne sais pas pour les tapas, mais les plats....pas ok. Je pense qu'il n'y a pas de cuisinier professionnel aux fourneaux.
