La mujer en la oficina de turismo no tiene idea de los alrededores o saca comisiones de tours privadas. A la pregunta de como llegar a Montsegur simplemente se cierra y dice "no way". Que bueno que habla inglés, cierto. Por lo menos es algo. Preguntando a la inteligencia artificial mas tarde no hay problema y te indica muy bien que toca hacer. Sacan esa persona de esa oficina, no sirve para nada. Asi no se promueve el turismo, Francia!
Update en cuanto a la respuesta de la gestion de calidad: Nada de agencia de viaje sino directamente la oficina de turismo oficial de carcasona...atención poco interesada, en una palabra tétrica
