The Jardin du Calvaire in Carcassonne is an interesting place to get lost in the narrow streets.

Carcassonne is not full of mysterious little gardens, so stumbling upon this one is a happy accident. At first glance, the garden looks rather ghostly because of its religious history, but today it offers an interesting relief for those who want to get lost in the narrow streets. Its founder, Canon Jean Cazaintre, took care to plant sacred botanical species in the 19th century. Today, they keep company with the statues of the ancient and Catholic cult, some of which have been partially renovated.

Sehr schön. Gibt keine wichtigere Geschichte, als diese, die in dem Garten erzählt wird ✨
Ich fände es sehr wichtig die Auferstehung noch deutlicher hervorzuheben.
Im Allgemeinen ein Ort, der sehr viel Potential hat. Ich habe es aber sehr genossen ????

Un petit parc hors du temps et très tranquille en ce jeudi de septembre.

Il était ouvert quand je suis arrivée et il vaut le détour pour ces statues et son espace frais en cette journée bien chaude.
