Château Auzias is one of the Carcassonnais region's leading wine tourism sites. Owned by the Auzias family for several generations, today it is Anastasia and Maxime Auzias who perpetuate the savoir-faire. The estate's 160 ha are planted with 12 grape varieties, the majority of which are Merlot, Cabernet, Grenache, and Syrah. Un incroyable moment hors du temps en famille ! La famille Auzias est d’une bonté toute particulière et a su nous accueillir dans la chaleur et la simplicité !
Je recommande vivement la visite de ce domaine ainsi que leur vin rouge Terrien qui m’a mis les papilles en extase.

Faites un rosé, sec, léger à 10°, la difficulté elle est de pas être sucré. Faut pas confondre le fruité avec le sucré, c'est complexe. Il vaut mieux misé sur peu fruité pour pas tomber dans le sucré.

A good range of well made wines; also with an interesting comparison between the Mediterranean and Atlantic influences in grapes for the "Twins". Thank you for your helpful guidance while tasting through your products. We were pleased to be able to support this producer whose wines are not yet widely available in the UK compared to larger Cabardès producers.
