Here's an excellent "gastronomique" in the heart of Corbières, with a pretty Scandinavian-style dining room, a pleasant terrace, a fine wine cellar, original dishes and a warm welcome. A passionate chef who likes to spoil his customers and works in cooperation with local producers. The dishes are presented with great care. We loved the poached egg, in this case with chorizo cream, but with seasonal variations. The fricassee of kidneys and sweetbreads, flambéed with cognac, is standard fare, and the finger dish is a real treat.

Plats excellents, tout est frais. Personnel très souriant, à l'écoute. Je recommande définitivement ce restaurant.

Entrée : Gaspacho (bien fait)
Plat : rôti de porc avec quelques légumes (malheureusement pas très intéressant)
Dessert : Crème catalane (bonne)
Le restaurant et la terrasse sont magnifiques et très bien entretenus, le service est très bon et le rapport qualité-prix est correct.
Le soir, un menu trois services, que vous pouvez composer à partir du menu, coûte 38 €. Je ne sais pas si c'est bon

A beautiful setting by the riverside under the sycamore trees. We ate on the outdoor patio and the food was fantastic! Everything we ordered was excellent! The service was very friendly. We had a wine from Domaine Balansa that was very delicious. Afterwords we walked up the street and did a wine tasting at Domaine Montluzia which was really great. There is also a very pretty hike around the village that I’ve done in the past. I highly recommend this restaurant!
