After major refurbishment and decoration work, L'Atelier MT has already established itself as a benchmark for good taste and conviviality. After being welcomed by the bubbly Christelle, you can choose between the bar for a cocktail and tapas, the cosy dining room opening onto the garden, or the large shaded terrace. The chef offers authentic cuisine made with local, seasonal produce: cassoulet, gravlax with home-smoked salmon, beef tartare... it's gourmet and it's good! To drink: local wines, of course!

Un petit arrêt sur l’autoroute, nous voulions nous requinquer en mangeant un bon cassoulet de Castelnaudary. Nous avons fait bonne pioche avec l’atelier MT ! Repas servi au top, cassoulet bien chaud, croustillant, succulent ! Je pense que ce sera désormais notre halte préférée.
