Beautiful brasserie offering traditional bistro cuisine and an excellent cassoulet

La Maison du Cassoulet is a simple, beautiful and effective concept: bistro and terroir cuisine, two dining rooms and a large shaded terrace, a young team and late-night service. Around its eponymous pork and duck dish, the chef will delight you with its South-Western classics, original recipes and regional specialties. On est venue dans cette hôtel très bonne literie, chambre très propre, par contre l’insonorisation et la luminosité est très dérangeantes, et la femme de ménage nous as limite renvoyer parce qu’elle ne voulait pas qu’on laisse juste nos affaires, (a 11h comme préciser pourtant)
Mais je recommande quand même cette hôtel

Un personnel correct et serviable, dommage que le cassoulet n'est pas à la hauteur d'une vraie (Maison du Cassoulet).
Un cassoulet insipide sans saveur. Merci de respecter le vrai cassoulet en changeant de cuisine ou de nom.

Très bon cassoulet
En visite à Castelnaudary pour déguster ce fameux cassoulet nous nous sommes arrêtés à la Maison du cassoulet. La cuisine est de qualité, et le personnel très sympathique. Nous étions nombreux, avec des poussettes en supplément, il y a de la place pour tout le monde ! Je recommande !
