Le Gueuleton de Castelnaudary is like every other Gueuleton in France: it's all about mouth-watering dishes and the French gentleman farmer look. You'll be seduced by this beautiful building at the foot of the Lauragais hills, away from the town, built around a majestic fireplace devoted to grills, next to a no less imposing bar, with 110 regional references. The most surprising feature is undoubtedly the meat bar, which gives the place its letters of nobility, and proves that we are indeed in the den of bon vivants.

Vraiment incroyable ! La viande est exceptionnelle, nous avons pris le T-bone Wagyu, la meilleure viande qu'on ai mangé, un goût vraiment exceptionnel! Un grand merci à Mona qui a su nous conseillé, très impliqué tout au long du repas et vraiment très agréable, un super serveur comme en voit rarement! A souligner que tout le personnel est très agréable également. N'hésitez pas à y aller!

Nous avons bien mangé. Notre bourse ne nous a pas permis de goûter aux viandes matures dont le restaurant a fait sa spécialité. J'ai pris du cassoulet je l'aime avec croûte et morceau de porc dedans là je n'ai trouvé que confit et saucisse...il est bon certes mais ce ne sont pas des haricots tarbais non plus donc la prochaine fois je prendrai autre chose. Viande grillée au feu de bois délicieuse pour mon mari et burger enfant maison miam. Frites maison et bon vins modernes
