Cruise ship with a terrace offering local cuisine and meat.
The owners of the Cybèle are the same as those of the cruise boat Le Saint-Roch. They thus meet the expectations of their customers who come to take a stroll on the canal. We like the terrace almost with our feet in the water, where they propose a simple local cuisine; most of the products composing the dishes come from the surroundings: the cassoulet of the "Coustelous", the meat of the GAEC of Caudemique, the cheese platters of the Baquié farm, and the wine of small local producers. In summer, the Cybèle takes on the air of a guinguette, on concert evenings.
