Even if the historic store in the town centre is still a must, the new store that has opened in the area is an invitation to indulge. In addition to its superb design, La Maison Escudier now offers a place to showcase its expertise and products: artisanal cassoulet cooked on site, available fresh in cassole, vacuum-packed, in jars or canned, a sausage library, artisanal charcuterie, foie gras... A fine selection of local products completes the offer. Guided tour and tasting for groups (min. 20 pers.).

les produits sont excellents, malheureusement, aujourd'hui ( 13 février 2024) nous avons été servis par une personne non souriante qui ne semble pas être ravie d'être là. C'est bien dommage !!

Attention à bien lire les étiquettes des produits car bon nombre de viande sont originaires de l'UE (exemple : cassoulets au canard est originaire de l'UE/France) Je suis très déçu d'aller dans un magasin qui donne un style local et qui ne vends pas que du local surtout en ce moment où les agriculteurs français ont besoin de nous.
Sinon nous avons acheté un pâté de campagne où la viande est bien française.
