La lettre n'a pratiquement pas changé et la qualité est "Excellente"
Mais aussi les années passent et le public change et là où ils pourraient s'améliorer, c'est d'avoir des menus dans d'autres langues, car le public qui vient d'Espagne sans connaître le français aura des barrières parce que son personnel ne parle ni espagnol ni anglais.
