RESTAURANT DU VIEUX MOULIN
Restaurant in an old mill, where the chef prepares Mediterranean and regional cuisine, inspired by grandmothers
This excellent restaurant in Duilhac, at the foot of the Château de Peyrepertuse, occupies the old village mill with the hotel. Enjoy the chef's cuisine either on the terrace under the weeping willow, accompanied by the lapping of the nearby fountain, or in the dining room. You'll either be tempted by Mediterranean dishes such as sea bream, sea bass or tuna à la plancha, or by regional dishes inspired by our grandmothers, including a succulent wild boar stew with Cathar beans.

Great place to treat yourself in this small town. The food, service and atmosphere is great which seems to be run by a husband and wife. They had limited English and we had limited French but they managed our evening seemlisly. A great place to endulge in great food and wine.
Point positif supplémentaire : dogfriendly
