Fabrezan is a typical wine-making village of Corbières thanks to its medieval tower and its ancient village heart. In the small streets, hides the restaurant Vignobles & Discoveries les Calicots, within an ancient property. It is also the native village of Charles Cros (Fabrezan 1842 - Paris 1888), inventor (precursor of the phonograph) and poet.
To complete your stay at Domaine Paul Huc, or to enjoy a day getaway, and enjoy the fresh spring air, two thematic hikes are possible:
Peyrouse, a pinewood hike with views of the Alaric and the small loop of Notre Dame de Consolation, to discover the chapel amidst vineyards.
With the Feast Trails you can learn by walking! On April 23 in Albas, the accompanist Mickael Falguera will introduce you to the rich geological past. You can also take a solo tour of the geologist, who reserves some other time. On May 7 in Boutenac, again with Mickael Falguéra, the walk will be on the theme "Maps and books". In the program, an initiation to cartography, local legends but also encounters with writers of the cru.

On May 7, visit Lagrasse, Cyril Codina at the museum cellar the 1900. The entries are free in 1900, for the whole day. The opportunity to discover or rediscover the interactivity of the audio tour, and the 4 D show with amazing sensory effects! But the visit will not end without the famous vinegar tastings.
The Spring Book Banquet in the prestigious Abbey of Lagrasse
From May 6-8, the literary café of Lagrasse hosts its banquet of the book, a great literary and philosophical event around the theme «Lebanon». In the conference program, meetings, discussions with guests, text readings by actors and Lebanese cinema evening.
