A true village restaurant in all its splendour, featuring local cuisine and recipes brought to life by chef Angel Cacérès and his wife Bénédicte. Simple, good, no-fuss home cooking in a cosy setting, completely refurbished in 2020. This establishment exudes generosity and good living. Foie gras, stuffed duck neck, cassoulet, alongside specialties from elsewhere, zarzuela, paella, fish, grilled meats... A very warm welcome.

Belle soirée passée à la table Cathare !
Excellente cuisine goûteuse et variée.
La qualité et la quantité sont au rendez-vous ainsi que la gentillesse du personnel.
Il y du choix, pour tous les goûts, et sublime carte des desserts ( qui sont aussi aux menus )
J'ai adoré l'ananas givré ????
