The Espace Culturel des Corbières in Ferrals, welcomes all day long on 10 November from 8:30 am, a time for reflection and exchanges on current issues in the wine world around the theme: Thirst for Nature, Communication and the Future of Wine? Each year a different theme with the objective of approaching the major challenges, promoting local experiences and partnerships between sectors, and transmitting the values of the wine world to the general public with a view to promoting Languedoc wines

From 29 to 31 October 2016, the Literary Café will host its autumn banquet at the abbey, as it does every year, with a programme of reflections on the theme "The work of language". Through the question of writing of the contemporary novel and by approaching the work of the novelist, writers, critics and literature specialists come to debate around the table. Also on the programme are thematic bookstores, meetings, readings, theatre, evening entertainment and of course the café-restaurant.

Discovery of the autumn landscapes

The ,Carnet de balade en garrigue, invites you to walk through an environment to better enjoy it, capture a scene and retrace it in words. Meeting on October 15th in Lagrasse at 2pm for 3 hours with Véronique Barrau and Nathalie Dento. All the hikes are to be downloaded to prepare your stay as well as possible.

From the cooperative cellar of the cellars of Orfée in Ornaisons, the 52 km loop circuit In the heart of the Corbières Boutenac terroir (altitude difference 310m - average level) leads to the gates of Fontfroide Abbey through the vineyards of the Corbières Boutenac terroir.
The Boucle L'Alaric, starting from the Terre d'Expression cellar in Fabrezan, extends over 51 km (560m of altitude difference - average level) around Mount Alaric. It leads to small chapels (Notre Dame de Consolation in Fabrezan, Notre Dame du Colombier in Montbrun) in the middle of the vineyards and crosses the gorges of the Congoust before going down to the plain of the Orbieu. An autumn in the colours of jazz in Conilhac-Corbières
From October 29th at 8:45 pm Conilhac-Corbières hosts its annual jazz festival. Prestigious musicians meet during the concerts, but also after-concerts at the Jazz Cellar: when the wines of the Corbières swing to the colourful and warm notes of jazz. This fall, the headliners are Paolo Fresu and David Linx Quintet, Bireli Lagrene Quartet, Harlem Fantasy Orchestra, Kyle Eastwood Quintet, Éric Truffaz Quintet...
