Delphine Maymil has taken over the family estate, which is committed to sustainable agriculture, and looks after the 25 hectares of vines that flourish in a pretty corner of the Corbières. Grenache noir, syrah and carignan for the most part, but also other grape varieties such as vermentino, mourvèdre and bourboulenc, make it possible to produce ten different wines in three colors: two whites, two rosés and six reds, which benefit from the AOC Corbières and AOC Boutenac appellations. A visit to the winery and a tasting session are a must!
