An old stone cellar in the hills above Fitou, offering well-prepared cuisine using local produce.

La Cave d'Agnès is first and foremost a unique place, an old winegrower's cellar on the heights of Fitou, facing the church, converted into a restaurant, where old stones and authenticity are the order of the day. Rémi's cuisine subtly highlights local produce, always prepared with finesse and originality. For starters, enjoy our homemade country terrine, and for main courses, how about a duck parmentier with orange veal jus? A short menu that follows the seasons, a fine selection of local wines and an always pleasant welcome.

Surprising and very rare to see as many finesse and diversity in the kitchen by this establishment, and if you add to the kindness and professionalism of the Masters of the place is only happiness!

entrance for dessert, it is a festival in mouth. a real treat for the tastebuds. The pan-fried foie gras " a tuerie" ... I ever have been eating some also good. meat with fish, flavours. And dessert I do not even speak of it. Gherkin chantilly at the entrance, chantilly chocolate dessert huummmmmm delicious. I recommend this hotel, a wonderful setting, friendly service and smiling. A fabulous cuisine. This restaurant really worth a detour. In the menu is not vraimant expensive... why flavour. I will go back as soon as possible to my next passage in the region.
