After 15 years in various restaurants in France and elsewhere, Jonathan, a passionate self-taught chef, and Nathalie, who works in the dining room, are now at the helm of this restaurant, offering a fine service based on talent and friendliness. Everything is made with fresh, local produce, according to seasonality. The dishes, which are constantly renewed, are highly refined, like the foie gras mi-cuit au saké en feuille de nori, or the duck breast lacquered with honey and soy, sweet potato purée and sautéed vegetables. All accompanied by local wines.

Mais en plus de cela nous nous sommes régalé! Des plats originaux avec de belles saveurs bien travaillé et réfléchi. Nous sommes de Toulouse mais en balade dans les Pyrénées mon ami était à deux doigts de nous faire retourner sur Gruissan juste pour bien manger aux deux Olivier ????
