Welcome to Les Cht'is in Gruissan. While Cédric works in the kitchen with fresh produce, Laetitia welcomes you as the Cht'is know how. Each season has its own menu: in summer, we offer Bouchot mussels à la Lilloise, XXL brochettes weighing around 500 g (beef, chicken, fish, gambas (6-8)) and daily suggestions. In low season, the Flemish carbonade or chicken waterzooi are a must, accompanied by a Belgian beer or a glass of Corbières. La Belle Adresse lives up to its name!

On a lu la pancarte, mdr on est rentré voir la fraîcheur des patrons.. Accueil au top, ambiance conviviale, cuisine maison, délicieuse et genereuse comme on aime.. un plus les frites au blanc de bœuf.. Pas de doute si on repasse à gruissan on sait où manger.. ????

Très bonne adresse. On les a découvert au village de Noël de Gruissan et vous pouvez y passer les yeux fermés. En étant Belges, on a pu manger FRITES-FRICADELLES et elles sont bien du norrrrddddd comme on les aime. On recommande et la patronne est super sympa
