Restaurant in the central square of the old village of Gruissan, offering sharing cuisine, iodised dishes and good wine
The house slogan, "des copains et des quilles" ("friends and skittles"), pretty much sums up the place. The little restaurant in the old village's central square is the new meeting place for locals and tourists alike, who come here to savour the iodised dishes: seafood platters, local oysters, tuna tataki, homemade salmon gravlax, mussels and oysters au gratin, well-cooked local fish and more. It's a cuisine for sharing, with plates placed in the middle of the table, and a taste of everything while sipping the owner's wine. Good taste, good wine, everything we love!
