Restored former presbytery offering local cuisine and seafood.

Here, tradition and modernity come together with balance, from the décor to the plate. In the kitchen, Chef Julien juggles local and seasonal flavours. Among Julien's specialties, which he works with local fishermen and market gardeners, are Cranquettes de Gruissan soup and rouille-filled doughnut, octopus tentacles from Gruissan, the famous eel bourride, fish à la plancha and petit gris snails à la Narbonnaise. But save room for dessert. Wines from "natural" winemaking are a perfect match for the cuisine.

disappointed well... 1st service you Friday evening, on the twenty starters and dishes, 6 inalienable, all those with tuna, sea bream, foie gras... the choice was therefore limited. Fruit salad sea promise prawns that transformed themselves into simple knives in our dish, without us to learn some as a preliminary and for the same price of course... information taken, it sagissait an error chef on the slate menus, error that was not up straight for as much when we reported... too bad for other guests... ingredients and cold yellow-brown oyster would have to be earned passed by again in the oven, at least a few colours, not very loquacious and expeditious waitress who has the cassoulet of cuttlefish like a cassoulet spiced with cuttlefish and quinces as sagit terminal with a fish soup with some lost beans and translucent food product and without any taste, not very definable, which rather seemed to me to be pork pork
here is great disappointment for what should have been one good moment in sight of committed to expenses!
