Large tables and a breathtaking view of the salt marsh! Between the pond of Ayrolle, the island of Saint-Martin and the grau de la Vieille-Nouvelle, here we privilege the products of the sea. Whelks, mussels, clams, oysters from the island of Saint-Martin to taste at any time... We find all the seafood prepared according to various recipes. Here the alchemy of salt is also in your plates: sea bass, sea bream, chicken... in a salt crust. As for wine, the restaurant selects wines from the Clape region as well as the wine of the neighbour, Pierre Richard.

Très cher pour une cuisine déplorable. Service irrespectueux d'un des serveurs. L'un de nous a prit une entrée et n'a jamais eu la suite. Nous leur avons signalé notre mécontentement ,aucune excuse rien. Nous n'avons pas l'habitude de mettre ce genre de commentaire mais si ça peut vous rendre service....
