Seb is in Gruissan, and he's at the forefront of the burger business! All year round, in his restaurant with a terrace, Seb prepares thin-crust pizzas, giant salads, sandwiches, and paninis. But it's the homemade burger, renewed every week, that catches the eye. He makes the bread himself every morning (with spices, peppers, basil...) and prepares the products (in season) on the spot. It's beautiful, it's good and at a low price! An address that seduces by its originality and its welcome.

soirée du 09 août 2017 , à la table d'Anthony's Seb à Gruissan . Clients fidèles , nous avons commandé deux pizzas ...à notre grande surprise la pâte n'était pas cuite ...après réclamation , le chef ne c'est même pas déplacé pour constater notre dépit et , généreusement nous a octroyé une remise de 3 euros 50 . Lors de la commande aucune possibilité d'ajout d'oeuf ( ce qui est étonnant dans une pizzéria ) , apéritif idem ( semblant de Martini rouge ) ..et au départ aucune civilité .

Anthony's, a mandatory stop via Gruissan, not only for its original burgers made every weekend, but also for a friendly atmosphere. The prices are more than affordable, the very generous quantities, personally I never leave from here while tell me I still hungry! Happy to come every week for the principle of the homemade (few restaurateur can boast some especially in seaside!!), and for the kindness of the owners!
It is felt that the owners and their trade and that they like to please their guests!
