The Chalets beach is a must-see in Aude! It was here, in 1985, that Jean-Jacques Beineix shot the film 37°2 le matin, immortalising Gruissan's astonishing stilt houses. There are over 1,300 in all! These picturesque cottages are a sight to behold for amateur and professional photographers alike. As you stroll along the coast, you'll be able to admire their funny silhouettes bathed in sunlight.
