Chez Ju aux Salins has two different atmospheres: on the "pontoon" side, with its large terrace on stilts overlooking the salt marsh, it's the perfect spot to enjoy a cocktail accompanied by seafood and homemade tapas, all set to a musical backdrop. As for the restaurant, it's the place to go with family and friends to enjoy gourmet dishes made with local produce. From cod ceviche to homemade cassoulet, from grilled octopus that melts in the mouth to sea bream from the Port La Nouvelle fish market or prime rib, there's something for everyone.

Open from 01/04 to 31/10. High season: open daily for lunch and dinner. April: Friday and Saturday lunch and dinner and Sunday lunch. May: Tuesday to Sunday lunch - Friday and Saturday lunch and dinner. Single menu €38. Lunch menu: €26. Wine by the glass. Pontoon side: tapas, seafood - Restaurant side: Mediterranean cuisine. Groups welcome (privatization possible). Terrace. Entertainment. Sports broadcasts. Live evenings (DJ, concerts...).
