In this former wine cellar, tastefully decorated, the young owners, Fabien in the kitchen and Anaïs in the dining room, clearly show their desire to work with local producers, guaranteeing quality seasonal products. At l'Echo des Saisons, in La Palme, the menu changes every month and the cellar offers only regional wines. For the epicureans, the tasting menu is declined in a starter, a fish, a granita, a meat and a dessert. Gourmet friends, let yourselves be tempted!
