In this former wine cellar, tastefully decorated, the young owners, Fabien in the kitchen and Anaïs in the dining room, clearly show their desire to work with local producers, guaranteeing quality seasonal products. At l'Echo des Saisons, in La Palme, the menu changes every month and the cellar offers only regional wines. For the epicureans, the tasting menu is declined in a starter, a fish, a granita, a meat and a dessert. Gourmet friends, let yourselves be tempted! Fine Dining with exclusive well balanced dishes. Fresh local ingredients with a unique twist. Excellent service. Would recommend anytime. Reserving is probably a good idea as tables are limited to provide the maximum of service.

Ein wunderbares Restaurant, das eigentlich mehr als fünf Sterne verdient hätte. Wir haben uns für das Menü entschieden und sind drei Stunden lang mit schmackhaften und liebevoll angerichteten Speisen verwöhnt worden. Das tolle Essen wird ergänzt durch einen aufmerksamen und freundlichen Service. Merci beaucoup!
