It's hard not to fall under the spell of this dining cellar on the banks of the Canal du Midi. In the dining room, you'll find an intimate, hybrid atmosphere, with a cellar offering over 240 references of wines, spirits, and beers from the region, plus a selection of local produce. Choose your wine at the cellar price, add a €5 corkage fee, and you're ready to enjoy home-cooked gourmet dishes to share or not. On our visit, we sampled duck tataki, red mullet fillets with Malaysian flavours, and a delicious rib-eye steak on the bone!
