Cassoulet has reigned here since 1956! Take it imperial, as much as you like, while you're at it... The house occupies a bastide on the edge of a large park. Eric Rousselot offers the real cassoulet, simmered for hours to the perfect aroma, according to the jealously guarded recipe entrusted to him by his father, a great cassoulet artist. Add to this his beef daube, grilled duck breast, Tournedos Rossini, duck confit legs... all tasty and generous. In summer, you can eat in the park. The store also offers cassoulet to take away.
