An ancient bastide bordered by a magnificent park offering a secret recipe.

Cassoulet has reigned here since 1956! Take it imperial, as much as you like, while you're at it... The house occupies a bastide on the edge of a large park. Eric Rousselot offers the real cassoulet, simmered for hours to the perfect aroma, according to the jealously guarded recipe entrusted to him by his father, a great cassoulet artist. Add to this his beef daube, grilled duck breast, Tournedos Rossini, duck confit legs... all tasty and generous. In summer, you can eat in the park. The store also offers cassoulet to take away.

ça y est, à l'occasion de la fête du cassoulet de Castelnaudary, nous sommes retournés dans cet endroit à nul autre pareil afin de "déguster!!" ce cassoulet si fameux. Quel régal! dans cet écrin de verdure.
La gentillesse du personnel fait également partie du menu, merci.
Nous étions 7 et même le moment de régler l'addition est agréable!: un peu plus de 25€ par personne pour 5 apéritifs, 7 menus, spécialement conçus pour la fête, 6 cafés, un thé et une bouteille de Minervois. Mais comment font-ils?

le restaurant incontournable pour le VRAI Cassoulet ! le plat est préparé à l'ancienne et évidemment dans la cassole en terre cuite, les ingrédients sont du terroir et le cuisinier perpétue la tradition de son créateur Monsieur Etienne ! A boire bien sûr avec un Fitou ! Il n'y a qu'un cassoulet, c'est bien celui de Castelnaudary mais qui se trouve à... Labastide d'Anjou, chez Etienne

I had never eaten such a good cassoulet, not expensive, in a very pleasant setting with such friendly owners from Toulon in the VAr, it did not have more place when we some come to reserve saturday for Sunday disappointed can enjoy this famous cassoulet we regained our motor home " the ségala" to spend the night. Our conversation with the owner wanted we say or was. The next morning we intended to greve in our door, it was the owner who came to signal 4 to us desistance for lunch, it is what you discover the famous imperial cassoulet! A large Thank You Mr Bousselot itself to your given to please to us. The next time we will have to pass in the region, we will return to eat this so good cassoulet! To recommend!!!!!!!!
