In a historic medieval building with stone walls and modern furnishings, you'll be warmly welcomed by Valentin Renaud and Fabien De Bruyn, two childhood friends, both excellent cooks and pastry chefs. The setting is perfect: the kitchen opens onto the dining room, letting gourmet aromas waft through, a quieter upstairs dining room and a pretty terrace. The chefs favour local distribution networks, and work with local producers and winemakers. Both students of chef Escoffier, they are committed to the rural avant-garde!
