With its huge fireplace and its incredible view of the castles of Lastours, the restaurant offers a cuisine with a Mediterranean flavour and a strong sense of escape and authenticity. According to the chef's creations and the seasons that punctuate them, the dishes liberate the senses and the imagination and reveal the treasures of the local harvest and the culinary art.
