Martine Anstett left the Lyon region six years ago to settle in the charming village of Laure-Minervois. All year round, she offers visitors a number of pleasant self-catering gîtes and beautifully decorated chambres d'hôtes, some of which are in the beautiful 1880 maison de maître in which she lives. You can enjoy her delicious homemade jams for breakfast, and book the table d'hôtes if you'd like to dine in. As the village is on the GR78 pilgrimage route to Compostela, this is a fantastically well-situated stopover!
